Cancelation policy:
Until we are ready to produce your order and ask you to enter into a Purchase Agreement, you can cancel your Reservation anytime.
If you decide to cancel your Reservation, you will receive a full refund of your Reservation Payment. When you Reserve a Biokabin, you acknowledge that when canceling such an order, we will not hold your Reservation Payment separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on it.
Once canceled, your Reservation won’t entitle you to access a Purchase Agreement as soon as we are able to go ahead with the production of your numbered model.
